Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye is the PDP-elected Executive Chairman of Aniocha North LGA, Delta State, sworn in on July 15, 2024, after a decisive election. A graduate in Economics with experience in both business and public service, Chinye campaigned on a vision of “REBUILD Aniocha North”, and early in office has delivered infrastructure, empowered communities, enhanced workers’ welfare, and earned recognition as Best Chairman in South-South Nigeria for grassroots performance. He is widely nicknamed “The Man We Know,” “Omeliora,” among others, and is known for accessible, people-oriented governance.
