Emmanuel Bala Mwolpun

Hon. Emmanuel Bala Mwolpun is the Executive Chairman of Mangu Local Government Area in Plateau State, where he leads grassroots governance with an emphasis on service delivery, infrastructural development, agricultural support, youth empowerment, and transparent administration.
