Emem Nnana Usoro is a Nigerian banker and technocrat currently serving as Deputy Governor (Operations Directorate) of the Central Bank of Nigeria. Born in December 1973 and hailing from Akwa Ibom State, she holds degrees in Biochemistry and Business Administration, and has attended global executive programs. She has more than two decades of experience in commercial and central banking, previously serving in high-level leadership at UBA. Usoro was appointed Deputy Governor in September 2023, where she now oversees CBN operations, currency management, reserves, and payment systems.
