Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha is a distinguished Nigerian statesman and former Governor of Imo State. A veteran of the National Assembly, he served three terms in the House of Representatives, rising to become the Deputy Speaker and, briefly, the Speaker. Known for his mastery of legislative procedure and fiscal discipline, he introduced the Treasury Single Account (TSA) in Imo State during his brief governorship. After 26 years in the PDP, he transitioned to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2026, where he remains a central figure in Southeast political strategy.
