David Alagoa

Hon. David Alagoa is the PDP-elected Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Area, Bayelsa State, taking office following the 2024 local government elections. Formerly Bayelsa’s Commissioner for Agriculture & Natural Resources, he has leveraged his experience to support local development initiatives—particularly infrastructure (such as the Nembe-Brass road), fish-farming, and community development under Host-Community programs. Alagoa has emphasized accountability, grassroots empowerment, and the delivery of essential services like water, healthcare, and power for his constituents.
