Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye is the Executive Chairman of Bomadi LGA, Delta State. First sworn in on 15 July 2024 under PDP, he has since overseen major infrastructure upgrades — roads, residences for local officials & judiciary, event centers, reconnecting the LGA to the national grid — alongside active youth, elderly, and disability empowerment programs. In July 2025 he defected to APC. His leadership is widely seen as energetic, visible, and highly community-oriented.
