Cyril Godwin Hart (born 25 April 1978) is the PDP Member of the House of Representatives for Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency since mid-2023. A food engineer by training and former educational board commissioner, he began his political journey at the local government level as Chairman of Bonny Island. Known for his active legislative advocacy, Hart recently requested the creation of new state constituencies to improve representation for his constituents

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State

Previously served as Board Commissioner for the Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB). Prior to his election, he was also Chairman of Bonny Island Local Government Council
