Chukwudi Jude Udefuna

Hon. Chukwudi Jude Udefuna was the Labour Party representative for Ezeagu Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, elected in 2023. His tenure was short-lived, as the Court of Appeal removed him in November 2023, citing that he did not meet the constitutional academic requirements (specifically lack of a school certificate and literacy). He was replaced by the PDP candidate, Chima Obieze, following appeal proceedings.
