Chief Goodnews Emamusi Obiodeh is the Commissioner for Lands, Survey & Urban Development in Delta State. Before his appointment in 2023 under the Oborevwori administration, he combined private sector work in agriculture, distribution, and consulting with local government political experience. As Lands Commissioner, he has pledged to open new areas for development, ensure valid title documents, and crackdown on illegal land encroachment in line with the state’s MORE Agenda.
