Chief Ebikeme Anthony Clark is the pioneer Commissioner (Director) of the Directorate of Riverine Infrastructure Development in Delta State. Born in March 1970, from Kiagbodo, Burutu LGA, he holds a B.Sc in Botany from the University of Benin, and had secondary and tertiary school education in Ozoro and Lagos. He previously served as Chairman of Burutu Local Government, and held various advisory roles. His current role involves developing infrastructure for riverine and coastal communities, and bridging the infrastructure gap between riverine areas and inland parts under Governor Oborevwori’s MORE agenda.
