Chief Chima Boniface Njoku, JP

Chief Hon. Chima Boniface Njoku, JP, is the Chairman of Etche Local Government Area in Rivers State, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC). Since assuming office, he has focused on grassroots development with a strong emphasis on education, infrastructure, social welfare, and community security. His administration has rolled out rural electrification projects, engaged in multi-stakeholder collaboration with student bodies and security outfits, and launched social safety net initiatives. Njoku is also noted for efforts to combat land grabbing and restore peace within Etche’s communities.
