Charles Wobodo

Hon. Charles Wobodo is the Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area in Rivers State, elected on the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform in the 2025 local government elections. His leadership emphasises grassroots engagement, community consultation, and development prioritisation across wards. Wobodo has toured Ikwerre communities to assess needs such as market reconstruction, school completion, electricity provision, healthcare, and sanitation. His administration also focuses on civic participation and voter registration while promoting peace and safety within the LGA.
