Cecilia Ezeilo is a Nigerian lawyer, philanthropist, and politician who served as the Deputy Governor of Enugu State from 2015 to 2023 under Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. A member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), she was the first woman to occupy the position in Enugu’s history.
