Engr. Ben Osy Okoh is the Honourable Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure in Enugu State. A seasoned civil engineer and managing director of FieldMarshal Integrated Engineering Concept Ltd., he earned his B.Eng (Second Class Upper) from ESUT. Renowned for delivering major architectural and institutional projects nationwide, he is also a committed leader within engineering associations, spearheading mentorship programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives, all underpinned by a passion for innovation and public service.

  1. After his NYSC in Katsina State, he began as an engineer trainee at Diyokes Consultants, Enugu.
  2. In 2006, worked with Bulet International Nig. Ltd., supervising projects like the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters in Abuja and Phase 2 of the Head of Service Building in Abuja.
  3. Then served as Structural Engineer with Units Environmental Services Ltd., Abuja.
  4. In 2009, became Managing Director/CEO of FieldMarshal Integrated Engineering Concept Limited.
  5.
