Beni Butmak Lar (born 12 August 1967), daughter of former Plateau Governor and PDP founder Solomon Lar, has served as the PDP federal representative for Langtang North/South since 2007. A lawyer and four-term legislator, she chairs the House Committee on Human Rights and is known for championing protections for women and children, Nigeria’s domestic trafficking policy, and grassroots empowerment initiatives.
