Babatunde Raji Fashola is a Nigerian lawyer and public administrator who served as Governor of Lagos State from 2007 to 2015 under the ACN/APC. Known for his technocratic governance style, he introduced several urban infrastructure reforms, including the BRT system and housing schemes. After leaving office, he was appointed Minister of Power, Works, and Housing, serving under President Muhammadu Buhari until 2023.
