Hon. Babatunde Adande Hunpe is the current Executive Chairman of Badagry Local Government Area in Lagos State, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC). Before becoming chairman in July 2025, he served as a member of the Federal House of Representatives for Badagry Federal Constituency and held key state appointments on environment and rural development. As chairman, he has launched infrastructure, empowerment, tourism, and education initiatives, emphasising inclusive community engagement and sustainable local economic growth.
