Rt. Hon. Alice Ekpenyong is the Special Adviser to the Governor on Cooperatives & Rural Development in Akwa Ibom State under the PDP administration. With two terms as a state legislator for Mbo Constituency, she holds an M.Sc. and is a Chartered Administrator. In her current role, she leads the Bureau tasked with empowering cooperative societies, promoting rural growth, and integrating structured development into rural communities across the state.
