Alhaji Dayyabu Ilu Njibulwa

Alhaji Dayyabu Ilu Njibulwa is the Executive Chairman of Gulani Local Government Area in Yobe State and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He leads grassroots governance in a predominantly rural LGA, overseeing council administration and development priorities such as infrastructure maintenance, primary healthcare support, and community services.
