Alhaji Abubakar Barau

Alhaji Abubakar Barau is the Executive Chairman of Shanono Local Government Area in Kano State, representing the NNPP. His administration has prioritized education, sponsoring over 200 students into tertiary institutions. In response to growing insecurity, he has donated patrol vehicles to local security agencies and works closely with community stakeholders to restore safety.
