Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi is a Nigerian politician, accountant, and statesman who served as Governor of Kaduna State from 1999 to 2007 and later as Senator for Kaduna North from 2007 to 2015. He also chaired the PDP National Caretaker Committee during a turbulent period in the party’s history.
