Muhammad Abubakar Zakari is the Chairman of Gwiwa Local Government Area in Jigawa State and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Known for his inclusive grassroots leadership, Zakari has focused on improving education, healthcare, rural infrastructure, and agricultural support since taking office.
