Chief Dr. Achike Uzoma Udenwa is a Nigerian accountant-turned-politician who served as Governor of Imo State (1999–2007) and later as Minister of Commerce and Industry (2008–2010) under the PDP. Educated in accountancy and a Fellow of professional institutes, he launched development initiatives under his “Tripod Vision” of agriculture, industrialization, and re-orientation. Known for his measured and community-centered leadership, he remains a respected figure in southeastern Nigerian political circles.
