Hon. Abba Muhammad Mualledi is the pioneer Commissioner for Skills Acquisition & Entrepreneurship Development in Sokoto State. Appointed in late 2024 following retirement as Permanent Secretary in the Finance Ministry, he leads a newly established ministry aimed at harnessing skills training to combat youth unemployment. With extensive experience in public financial management and strong backing from Governor Dr. Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, he is driving grassroots empowerment programs across the state.
