Umahi opens 15km Enugu–Onitsha expressway section

Minister of Works David Umahi has opened the first completed section of the Enugu–Onitsha Expressway, calling it a major infrastructure milestone. The government restructured the delayed project, introduced durable concrete pavement, and opened an initial stretch to ease traffic ahead of Easter, with total reconstruction costs exceeding ₦350 billion.
