Rivers Assembly begins impeachment proceedings against Fubara

The Rivers State House of Assembly has initiated impeachment proceedings against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, with 26 lawmakers signing a notice of alleged gross misconduct that was read at plenary and is to be served on the governor within seven days.
