Police refund bail money, remove DPO for extorting ‘good samaritan’

The Delta State Police Command has disciplined the DPO of the GRA Division in Asaba after a viral report accused officers of extortion and intimidating a man who tried to save a dying stranger but was instead detained and accused of murder.
