Over 1.58m PVCs Collected Ahead Of FCT Council Polls — INEC

INEC announced that over 1.58 million Permanent Voter Cards have been collected in the Federal Capital Territory ahead of the February 21 2026 council elections. Out of 1,680,315 registered voters, 1,587,025 PVCs were collected—representing a 94.4% collection rate—while 93,290 cards remain uncollected.
