Nigerians have right to bear arms for self-defence — Bwala

Daniel Bwala said Nigerians have a constitutional right to self-defense and can apply for legal firearm licenses were permitted by law. He noted that communities can also organize lawfully for protection, while assuring that the government remains committed to addressing insecurity.
