Nigeria has summoned South Africa’s envoy over xenophobic attacks on Nigerians.

The Federal Government has invited South Africa’s acting High Commissioner to Abuja over recent xenophobic protests and alleged attacks on Nigerians and their businesses. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting scheduled for Monday aims to address concerns that could affect diplomatic relations between both countries.
