INEC declares APC’s Asogwa winner of Enugu North by-election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Ikeje Asogwa, winner of Saturday’s Enugu North Senatorial by-election.
