The ICPC has filed an amended nine-count charge against former Kaduna State Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai over alleged fraud and corruption. His lawyer said one defendant was dropped, leaving Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai as the sole accused. The court took his plea and heard his bail application.
