FEC approves new digital postcode system for faster mail delivery

The Federal Executive Council, led by President Bola Tinubu, has approved the rollout of a Geographic Information System-enabled alphanumeric digital postcode system for Nigeria. Minister of Communications Bosun Tijani said the initiative aligns with the ministry’s Strategic Blueprint to strengthen digital infrastructure and improve addressing nationwide.
