Court halts Governor Fubara’s impeachment

A Rivers State High Court in Port Harcourt has issued an interim injunction restraining the Speaker, Martin Amaewhule, the Chief Judge, and others from taking any steps toward investigating impeachment allegations against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy for seven days.
