Court Dismisses Sowore’s Suit Against DSS, Others Over Tinubu Facebook Post

Justice Mohammed Umar of the Federal High Court, Abuja, dismissed a rights suit by Omoyele Sowore against the DSS and Meta Platforms, ruling it lacked merit. Sowore had alleged his Facebook post about Bola Tinubu was removed and his account deactivated on DSS orders.
