Army foils ISWAP attack in Borno

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai under the Joint Task Force (North East) foiled an infiltration attempt by Islamic State West Africa Province fighters at Bitta. The military said the terrorists’ attack failed because troops had anticipated the move and prepared a defensive plan.
