Anambra residents observe sit-at-home to protest Kanu’s detention

Residents of Anambra State on Monday observed a renewed sit-at-home in protest against the continued detention of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu. Though IPOB had cancelled the exercise since 2021, many people stayed indoors—some out of fear, others in solidarity with the ongoing #FreeNnamdiKanu protest in Abuja.
