Akpabio withdraws all defamation suits after priest’s sermon

Senate President Godswill Akpabio has ordered his lawyers to withdraw all defamation lawsuits he filed against several individuals. He said the decision followed a message he received during a New Year Mass, which prompted him to forgive those he accused of slandering him.
