2027: Four ministers to quit Tinubu’s cabinet

Ahead of the 2027 elections, some ministers in the cabinet of Bola Ahmed Tinubu may resign to contest state governorship seats. Those reportedly considering the move include Adebayo Adelabu, Muhammad Pate, Yusuf Tuggar and Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, as the Independent National Electoral Commission prepares for party primaries scheduled for April–May.
